Welcome to ATABET LIMITED (量博有限公司), Business Registration Number 70327165, registered business nature Data Consulting Services (“Atabet”). We develop quantitative research software and provide IT consulting services. By using our website (atabet.com) and our software, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

Atabet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our LLM-driven research tools and proprietary libraries. This license is for your internal use only.

2. Proprietary Rights & Restrictions

The "Atabet Libraries" and model weights are the intellectual property of Atabet. You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the libraries as standalone components.
  • Use the software to build a competing quantitative research platform.

3. No Financial Advice (Disclaimer)

Atabet develops and licenses quantitative research software and provides IT consulting—not financial advice or brokerage services.

  • Outputs are for informational and research purposes only.
  • Past backtests or model results are not a guarantee of future performance.
  • You assume full responsibility for how you use the software in your own research workflow. Atabet is not liable for losses arising from your decisions.

4. Local Execution & Security

Our software runs locally on your hardware. You are solely responsible for the security of your local environment, data backups, and ensuring your hardware meets the necessary specifications for LLM execution.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to updates if we detect a breach of these terms, particularly regarding unauthorized redistribution of our libraries.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Software subscriptions purchased through our website are billed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) via our payment partner Airwallex.

  • Pre-payment: You pay in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout).
  • Recurring charges: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Each renewal charges the then-current subscription fee for your plan and interval.
  • Billing interval: Monthly plans renew every calendar month; yearly plans renew every twelve months from your initial subscription date (or the date of your last successful renewal).
  • Failed payments: If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the payment and may suspend or terminate access until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.
  • Digital delivery: Subscriptions grant access to digital software and services only. There is no physical shipment. Access is typically provisioned within twenty-four (24) hours of successful payment (often sooner).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal by emailing info@atabet.com before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Prices, features, and billing terms shown at checkout apply to your subscription. We may change future pricing for renewals with reasonable notice where required by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong SAR”), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
